Your Plot Pilot order was processed by the Licensing Server. Check your email receipt for the license key, then activate Trial, Pro, or Studio from Settings → Licensing inside Plot Pilot.

Activate Plot Pilot

  1. Open your Plot Pilot checkout receipt email.
  2. Copy the license key or activation code from the receipt.
  3. Open Revit, then open Plot Pilot.
  4. Go to Settings → Licensing.
  5. Enter the checkout email and license key, then click Activate License.

Plot Pilot license notes

  • Use the same email address used at Plot Pilot checkout.
  • Pro activates one seat. Studio is the team license option.
  • If activation does not update immediately, wait a minute and click Check License.
  • Use Billing Portal to view invoices, manage payment methods, cancel or resume, and manage your subscription.

Keep the Plot Pilot receipt email. It contains the purchase record and license information.

Billing Portal uses the checkout email and sends a secure sign-in link; no separate portal password is required.

What is included in Personal?
Personal is free forever and includes 5 successful PPC publishes per rolling 24 hours. It does not require license activation.
What is included in the Trial license?
The Trial license is $0 and unlocks unlimited successful PPC publishing during the 15-day trial period. When the trial expires, Plot Pilot returns to the Personal allowance unless Pro or Studio is activated.
What counts as a successful PPC publish?
Usage is consumed only after all configured PDF exports in the Plot Pilot Configuration complete successfully.
What does not count?
Failed, cancelled, or incomplete publishing runs do not consume the Personal allowance. Editing configurations, presets, naming rules, and ribbon button settings also does not count.
What happens when I upgrade to Pro or Studio?
Trial, Pro, and Studio unlock unlimited successful PPC publishing while the license is active. After checkout, activate inside Plot Pilot using the license information from Licensing Server.
What is the difference between Pro and Studio?
Pro is the single-seat license. Studio is the team license option and includes all Pro publishing features with priority support.
Where do I activate the license?
Activation happens inside Plot Pilot in Revit. Open Plot Pilot, go to Settings → Licensing, enter the checkout email and license key, and click Activate License.
Can I manage billing after purchase?
Yes. Use the “Already purchased? Manage billing and license” link to open the Licensing Server customer portal for billing, subscription, and license access.
