BIMGrove develops productivity tools for Revit users, including Tool Palette, Tab Tone, Sync Sentry, Plot Pilot, and Menu Mason.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the website, provide downloads, process purchases, validate licenses, and respond to support requests. This may include:

• Contact information you submit, such as name, email address, company, phone number, message content, and Revit version.
• Purchase, subscription, and license information processed through Lemon Squeezy, such as customer email address, product plan, license key status, subscription status, and activation status.
• Basic website usage information, such as page visits, button clicks, browser information, and general diagnostics used to improve the site.
• Support information you choose to send to us, such as screenshots, issue descriptions, log details, or files needed to troubleshoot a reported problem.

3. Tool Palette licensing and local data

Tool Palette may validate a license key, subscription status, activation status, and machine activation information so that paid plans, trials, and complimentary licenses can be enabled correctly. Tool Palette also stores user settings, profiles, palette files, icons, and related configuration data locally on the user's computer.

Tool Palette does not upload Revit model content, project files, family files, or palette data to BIMGrove unless you intentionally send that information to us for support.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Payments, checkout, tax handling, receipts, subscriptions, and customer billing portals are handled by Lemon Squeezy. BIMGrove does not store full credit card numbers or full payment account details on its website.

5. How we use information

We use collected information to provide the website, deliver downloads, process purchases, activate and validate licenses, provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, improve Tool Palette, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or tax obligations.
